Custom Truck Process in Dallas, TX

Our Trucks Are All Lifted In-House, With the Highest Quality Performance Lift Kits, Tires, and Wheels

A little bit about our process:
  • First we have to choose how many inches we want to lift the truck (typically between 2 and 8"...but we usually lean towards the latter).
  • Once decided, we have to choose between a body lift or a suspension life. A suspension lift involves replacing more parts, looks and functions a bit better, and requires a little bit of geometry. Oh, and it's what we specialize in here.
  • Then we choose a lift kit. This is a very important step because the quality of the lift is directly going to affect the truck's lifespan, which is why we only use the highest quality parts.
  • Once all decisions have been made, we always check to make sure no laws can keep our trucks from being street legal.
  • Once the lift is installed, we can start having fun with all the final touches. Leaf springs are installed so we throw on some wheels and bigger tires. Then we can add running boards and any other accessories.

We are located right off of 35E in Lewisville, Texas. Just a short drive from Dallas, our lifted truck inventory will raise your standards.

Have Questions? We Have Answers. Learn More About Our Custom Lifted Trucks and Jeeps

You've seen them: light duty, heavy duty and sport-utility vehicles hoisted and planted on hefty wheels. Though unless you've had the fortune to hop behind the wheel, you might be left wondering: What makes a lifted vehicle so great?

Home to custom lifted trucks and Jeep vehicles, we at Lewisville Autoplex Preowned are here to answer all your burning questions, so that you can get a firmer understanding of why you might consider adding a few inches of ground clearance to your ride.

What does a lift kit do?

Truck and SUV lift kits raise the height of your ride off the ground to enable steeper ascent or descent off-road as well as higher ground clearance. Additionally, with bigger tires, the lift kit provides both greater traction off-road and more strength to tow hefty loads.

Why should I buy a lifted ride?

There are two essential reasons to purchasing a lift kit or custom lifted ride: style and performance. With its inherent macho presence, you're making a fashion statement. It's hard not to stare at such a tall and muscular build, exuding a sense of fearlessness. And while drawing an envious eye might be enough to have you forking over wads of cash for the chance to take on the road from new heights, the performance benefits don't hurt either. Gigantic wheels and more ground clearance have you pushing across rugged terrain with confidence. Remain comfortable even when climbing up the side of a mountain or trekking across long dirt pathways.

How do I go about "getting a lifted ride"?

You have several options. You can pursue the do-it-yourself route and pick up your own lift kit in our parts center, have our factory-trained service associates work their magic and get the ride lifted, or you can peruse our custom lifted truck or Jeep vehicle inventory to find something that suits your fancy.
