Autoplex Express Limited Warranty FAQs

We offer a 3 month / 3,000 mile limited warranty backed by National Auto Care.
You have coverage until either (a) 3 months from the date you purchase the vehicle; or (b) when your vehicle has been driven 3,000. We start counting miles from the time that you take possession of the vehicle from us through delivery or pickup.

All internal parts that require lubrication, cylinder block, cylinder heads, oil pan, valve covers and timing cover if damaged by an internally lubricated part, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds without internal catalytic converter, water pump, fuel pump, engine mounts, timing belt and tensioner, harmonic balancer and its bots and pulley, supercharger/turbocharge and waste gate (factory installed), hybrid or electric drive motors/generator/regeneration motors, fuel cell/stack, seals and gaskets for listed parts. 

Our Limited Warranty is included with every vehicle purchased online at no cost.
Simply follow the manufacturer's published maintenance requirements and maintain proper fluid levels and you're covered.
We can handle all your repairs. However, if you’re unable to make it back to our dealership, you are free to have your vehicle repaired at any approved, licensed repair facility in the U.S. or Canada. When your vehicle suffers a breakdown, you should immediately call a warranty administrator 972-466-5000 prior to obtaining service if you think the repairs may be covered under this warranty.
The Limited Warranty is administered by National Auto Care.
